SHIPPING & PROCESSING
• Many of our shop items are Pre-Order Items.
Pre-order items have a 4-6 week processing & shipping time.
• All Pre-Order items will be marked on the item description.
• At this time we only ship to the 50 States.
• Our shop uses USPS. Typical ship time is 2-5 days after processing
• Once a package leaves our care and is in the care of USPS, shipping delays are beyond our control
• We are ever evolving and reaching to become more magical. Changes to our procedures will be indicated here.
RETURN POLICY
• At this time we do not accept returns.
• Should you be unhappy with your order we are happy to exchange for a different size upon availability or issue a store credit to be used in our shop.
• We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that have been washed, worn, or opened from the original packaging.
